Hotel Pushpa (Berries Group)

First of all, they provided us with a room of substandard quality, and after complaining, they changed the room but still failed to meet our expectations. The room is unclean and contains many insects and cockroaches, and the air conditioning is not functioning properly. I have already paid the full amount of the cost of the outing i am planning. I am therefore rather dissatisfied with the outcome. I would like to request a refund for my recent stay, as it has been deemed to be entirely unproductive

Review for pushpa hotel, puri dated- 29/11/2024 1) ac was not working, therefore shifted from room no. 106 to 101. In that room also, ac was not in perfect condition. 2) tv was also not running, remote was also not available. I complained to receptionist, no body attended for 45 minutes, after 2nd time complaining, they came and replaced the set top box. 3) one of the staffs replied with little arrongance, "isme hm kaya kr sakta hai n hi h to" 4) in my second room 107, ac remote still not available. 5) in room no. 107, automatic electrical supply of door key not working.

The service provided by the hotel is more than average but here are few improvements that can be looked forward to. The bathroom should be more clean room service cleaning should be done in the early morning hours

As well as. A good place, food is very nice best for walk in any nearest location like. Beach, sri jagannath temple etc. Thank you.

Walking distance to beach fooding average rooms should more clean and specially bathroom could be more clean nice hotel to stay

Just a walk away from beach. Room was average. Reception staff was helpful with good behaviour and professional.
